Zaapbar Ayutthaya
Zaapbar Ayutthaya is a bar and pub in the Uthai district of Ayutthaya province, offering an evening out that combines live music, food, and a clean, stylish interior. Open since July 2020, the venue has built a following among locals and visitors looking for a relaxed but lively atmosphere away from the city's more tourist-facing spots. The bar features a stage where bands perform Thai songs most evenings, giving it a distinctly local character. Visitors can expect a full food and drinks menu alongside the entertainment, with reviewers praising the liquor selection and the overall vibe of the space. Some guests have noted that the music volume can occasionally overpower live performers, and food quality has received mixed feedback, so drinks and atmosphere are likely the stronger draws here. Zaapbar opens at 5:00pm on Saturdays and 5:30pm the rest of the week, closing at midnight every night, making it a solid option for an early evening drink through to a late-night session. As no website is listed, it is worth contacting the venue directly or visiting in person to confirm reservations or check for special events. The location in Tambon Khan Ham sits outside the main historic centre, so arranging transport in advance is advisable, particularly for the return journey late at night.

Visitor Reviews
This restaurant bar opened on July 9, 2020. It's a wonderful bar with a stylish and clean interior where you can enjoy delicious drinks and food. There's a stage where a band plays great Thai songs. There's also open-air terrace seating, so you can relax and enjoy your drinks while feeling the breeze and listening to trendy Thai songs. There are also staff who can speak Japanese, so Japanese customers can enjoy themselves with peace of mind! We highly recommend it, so please go and check it out!
The music drowned out the singer's voice, making the listening experience less enjoyable.
Good food, delicious liquor.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
