TMK shopping mall
Located along Thanon Sangchuto in the Tha Ma Kham area of Kanchanaburi, TMK Shopping Mall serves as a convenient one-stop destination for locals and travellers alike. The mall spans multiple levels and houses a range of retail and everyday essentials, including a supermarket that stocks both wholesale and retail goods — often at prices competitive with larger hypermarket chains. Notably, the supermarket provides shelf space for local provincial products, giving visitors a chance to pick up regional brands and specialties they may not find elsewhere. The mall's second level features a cinema, making it a practical option for an evening out or a break from sightseeing. Visitors report that the overall space is well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere suited to both purposeful shopping and casual browsing. An electric vehicle charging station is also available on-site, a practical amenity that is still relatively uncommon in the region. Parking is described by visitors as plentiful, which is a genuine convenience in a town like Kanchanaburi where traffic around popular sites can be busy. As no specific opening hours are currently listed, it is advisable to check locally or arrive during standard mall trading hours — typically mid-morning through to the evening — to ensure the full range of shops and services are accessible.

Visitor Reviews
I really like supermarkets. The wholesale and retail prices are cheaper on many items than hypermarkets, and they provide opportunities for local provincial products to be sold, such as various brands of fish sauce, pepper, and soy sauce.
The place is spacious, the bathroom is clean, and there is an electric car charger. Wow, I really like this place.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
