hotspring温泉度假村
Situated in the Takua Thung District of Phang Nga Province, roughly 30 to 40 kilometres north of Phuket, this resort combines natural hot spring pools with full hotel accommodation set within beautifully landscaped grounds. The property features natural salt mineral hot spring pools alongside a standard swimming pool and cold plunge pool, all set among a green, rock-filled landscape with mature trees and traditional Thai-style architecture featuring extensive use of wood and natural materials. Guests describe the atmosphere as a genuine wellness retreat rather than a tourist attraction. The hot spring pools are the centrepiece, drawing visitors for their therapeutic warmth and mineral-rich waters, while the resort itself offers private beach access, well-maintained gardens, and a well-regarded breakfast spread. The experience suits families, couples, and solo travellers equally, and the setting takes on a particularly atmospheric quality during cooler or overcast weather. Both day visitors and overnight guests are accommodated, with the latter having the advantage of quieter pool access during morning hours before tour groups typically arrive in the late afternoon. Good to know: Visitor reviews suggest arriving in the first half of the day to avoid the busier afternoon crowds, particularly after 16:00 when day-trippers tend to arrive. Guests should bring swimwear and a change of comfortable clothing. As opening hours and current pricing are not consistently listed online, it is advisable to contact the resort directly or consult recent reviews before visiting to confirm availability and any updates to facilities or services.

Visitor Reviews
I highly recommend going with your family to a hotel overnight and enjoy the hot springs. Crazy relaxation for the whole family. Tourists arrive after 16-17. So I recommend coming in the first half of the day. Less people, silence and relaxation.
We visited Natai Hot Spring on a rainy day—and honestly, it made the experience even better! 🌧 Soaking in the natural salt mineral hot spring pools with the cool air around was incredibly relaxing. The site also has a refreshing icy pool and a regular swimming pool, all surrounded by peaceful scenery. A day pass costs 500 Baht for adults and 300 Baht for kids (6–12 yrs). It includes parking, a locker, changing room, and a bottle of water. Just remember to bring 250 Baht depositin cash if you want to rent a towel. Open daily from 8am to 7pm—this is a perfect little escape from Phuket! 🌿✨
This hotel has many pros, but also many cons. Pros: well-maintained grounds, private beach, decent service. Breakfast is very good, with a decent selection. Cons: there are only 6 or 7 umbrellas on the beach, and they get taken early in the morning, so there's nowhere to hide from the sun. There's nothing around the hotel for several kilometers. We have to eat only at the hotel restaurant, and this restaurant sometimes doesn't cook very well. Overall, it's a good hotel for 3-4 nights, but nothing more.
Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
