Tien Beach
Tien Beach sits on Koh Larn, the coral island accessible from Pattaya, and draws visitors with its clean white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. Compared to other beaches on the island, it sees noticeably fewer crowds, largely because reaching it requires an additional eight-minute walk from the main access road — a small effort that rewards those willing to make it with a more relaxed atmosphere. Geese are known to wander the shoreline, adding an unexpected charm to the setting. Facilities are simple but sufficient. Beach loungers are available to rent for 100 baht, restrooms are on-site for a small fee of 10 baht, and showers cost 50 baht. Casual eateries along the beach cover the basics for food and drink, making it easy to spend a full day without needing to leave. Getting there requires a short journey from Na Baan pier on Koh Larn, where shared songtaews (covered pickup trucks) run into the island for around 30 baht per person. Visitors who arrive by shared taxi should be aware that the route involves crossing a bridge in poor condition — it has no railing and consists partly of wooden slats — so those with mobility concerns or young children should plan accordingly. Arriving on a weekday or outside peak season is the best way to enjoy the beach at its quietest.

Visitor Reviews
Clean and crystal clear beach. To reach here you can take sharing Songtaew after entering almost 400-500m from the Na Baan pier to inside of the island. The cost is 30 baht per person. The beach itself is lovely and there’s ton of activities to do. For example Jet Ski is 600 for 15mins and 1000 baht for 30mins (you can ride in your own). Sun bed rental 100 baht. Food and drinks extremely overpriced at the island so it’s better to have it inside the market area. Washroom is bit towards far end of the island and it’s 10 baht. Shower 50 baht.
Tien Beach in Coral Island, Pattaya is one of the best beaches on the island. It has less crowd compared to other beaches because you need to walk around 8 minutes from the access road. But once you reach there, you truly feel peace in paradise. The water is clear, the sand is clean, and the calm vibe makes it perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature.
Awesome beach with geese hanging around. It was a beautiful day with an amazing breeze so it was very comfortable.

Tips for Visiting Beaches & Islands
Check Monsoon Seasons
The Andaman coast (Phuket, Krabi) has rough seas from May to October. The Gulf coast (Koh Samui, Koh Phangan) is roughest from October to December. Plan your island-hopping around these windows.
Snorkel Gear Is Cheap to Buy
Rental gear is often scratched and ill-fitting. Buy a decent mask and snorkel at a Tesco Lotus or Big C for 300–500 THB — cheaper than two days of rentals and much more hygienic.
Book Ferries on 12Go.Asia
The 12Go platform lets you compare ferry operators, times, and prices between islands. Book a day or two ahead in high season. Avoid the cheapest operators if reviews mention safety concerns.
