Easy Divers
Easy Divers is a diving operation based in the Bo Put area of Koh Samui, offering guided dive trips and PADI certification courses for all experience levels. The company runs excursions to some of the Gulf of Thailand's most popular underwater sites, including Sail Rock and dive spots around Koh Tao such as Japanese Gardens. Both beginners and certified Open Water divers are catered for, making it a practical option for travellers at different stages of their diving journey. Visitors consistently highlight the small group sizes — typically three to four divers per instructor — as a standout feature, with several reviewers noting that this made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Instructors are frequently described as friendly, knowledgeable, and good at making nervous divers feel at ease. Trips are generally well-organised, with structured preparation before heading out. Some reviews do note that the speedboat experience could be improved, and at least one visitor found the pricing high relative to the overall value, so it is worth weighing expectations against cost before booking. Easy Divers is open every day from 11:00 to 21:00, which makes it convenient for dropping in to arrange trips or hire equipment. Prospective visitors are advised to check the website at easydivers-thailand.com for current pricing, available courses, and trip schedules, and to book in advance during the busier tourist season to secure a spot in the smaller group outings.

Visitor Reviews
Great experience. We booked two trips with two dives each, for certified Open Water. The groups were small (3-4 not including instructor) which made it way easier to enjoy. We visited Koh Tao (Japanese Gardens and Twins) and the experience was great. Although we had a windy day and the visibility was not the greatest we were able to see a lot of animals and co. The ride from Koh Samui is quite long (around 2 hours) but the boat was big , which made the ride not that uncomfortable, taking the bad weather into account. At the boat we had breakfast and a delicious Thai meal. For the second trip we went to Sail Rock, where we also had two dives. We were taken by speedboat (but big and covered) which took us around one hour. They offered cold soft drinks and water during the whole trip and an excellent Thai meal. We were quite lucky because there were not so many boats and the place was almost only to ourselves. Even with the wind and the poor visibility, this was one of the most beautiful dives I have ever had. I have never seen so many fish in my life, including huge schools of barracudas. We could not see the famous whale shark ( :( ) but it was not the season. I would totally recommend this company for your dives. The equipment is of good quality, you get everything prepared for you and get a nice briefing before the dives to refresh your memory (useful if you have not dived in a while) and explain what we are going to do and see. If you can, ask for Tom as diver instructor. I am sure the rest are also great, but we dived the 4 times with him and he is trustworthy, nice, and makes you feel very secure before, during and after the dive.
Great experience. We booked two trips with two dives each, for certified Open Water and for a beginner. The groups were small (3-4 not including instructor) but we had our own instructor (Oscar). We dived at Koh Tao and the experience was really nice. The lunch was served on the boat, delicious local Thai food (a little spicy lol). We were looking forward the 2nd trip but then Pabuk came and made the ocean impossible to dive in :( For our next vacation we will definetely book new dives with Easy Divers :) Thanks to the whole team on the boat and to Marita who kindly aswered my numerous questions. See you soon. Keren
I had a great diving experience to Sail Rock Koh Samui. Fantastic crew and the trip was well organised. We were with quite a big pack but due to the fact that all was really structured and prepared it was still very convenient. Big thanks to Valeria who was my dive instructor. She was a lovely guide who had fantastic experience in diving.

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
