Pattaya Night Bazaar
Pattaya Night Bazaar is a well-established covered market in central Pattaya, drawing both tourists and locals with its extensive range of goods spread across multiple aisles of permanent shops and stalls. With over 250 vendors under one roof, the market offers a comfortable and organised shopping environment that holds up even during wet weather, making it a reliable option for an evening out regardless of the season. Shoppers can expect a broad selection of clothing, footwear, luggage, watches, jewellery, bags, Thai souvenirs, and home décor, with prices that reward those willing to negotiate. The atmosphere leans toward relaxed street-market browsing rather than upscale retail, with a mix of branded replicas and locally made goods available across the stalls. The layout is easy to navigate, with several parallel aisles that make it straightforward to cover the full market at a comfortable pace. The bazaar is open daily from 10:00 to 23:00, though the evening hours from around 18:00 onward tend to draw the liveliest crowds and the full complement of vendors. Bargaining is expected and encouraged, so arriving with small bills and a willingness to negotiate will help visitors get the most out of their visit. The market is accessible on foot from many of Pattaya's central accommodation options and is well-suited for those looking to pick up gifts or souvenirs without venturing far from the main tourist areas.

Visitor Reviews
Pattaya Night Market, also known as Pattaya Night Bazaar, is a popular evening shopping spot in central Pattaya that attracts both tourists and locals. The market has many permanent shops and stalls selling a wide range of items such as clothes, beachwear, T-shirts, dresses, bags, belts, hats, souvenirs, Thai handicrafts, silk products, herbal items, soaps, phone accessories, travel bags, and small gift items, with bargaining being common. It is mainly a shopping market, though you can find a few snack and drink stalls nearby for quick bites. The market usually opens around 10:00 AM and closes by about 11:00 PM, but it feels most lively in the evening after 5:00 PM when all shops are active and the area is well lit. Located near Second Road, it is about a 10 to 20 minute walk from Pattaya Beach and very close to major places like Central Festival Pattaya Mall and Beach Road, while Walking Street is just a short ride away by taxi or songthaew, making it a convenient and enjoyable stop for evening shopping in Pattaya.
Pattaya Night Bazaar is a must-visit place if you like street shopping and local market vibes. You get a huge variety of clothes, souvenirs, bags, shoes, watches, and gifts at reasonable prices. Bargaining works well here and you’ll get many offers from different shops, so take your time and compare before buying. Some shopkeepers are really friendly, smiling, and helpful, while a few can be a bit rude or pushy – it’s a mixed experience. But overall, most are welcoming and try to give good deals. The market is lively in the evening with lights, crowd, and food stalls around, which makes the atmosphere fun. It can be crowded and warm, but that’s part of the night market experience. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Pattaya – try must! 👍😄, some shopkeeper arrogant some good 😊 but all over nice experience
Really wonderful as you will find everything at cheap prices. You can buy bags, home decor, apparel, luggage, travel kits, etc. Do negotiate as well. Good quality for 1st copy products. Better to shop at Pattaya than Thailand as prices are cheap here.

Tips for Visiting Temples & Culture
Dress Modestly
Cover shoulders and knees at all temples. Carry a light scarf or sarong — some temples lend wraps, but not all. Shoes come off before entering any building with a Buddha image.
Mind Your Feet
Never point your feet at a Buddha image or a monk — it's considered deeply disrespectful. When sitting inside a temple, tuck your feet behind you or to the side.
Ask Before Photographing
Exterior photos are almost always fine, but some interior halls prohibit photography. Look for signs, and never pose irreverently with Buddha images — it's a legal offense in Thailand.
